Inside the Deal: West Oakland Station House
Please join ULI San Francisco and its East Bay committee to learn about City Venture’s newest innovative Green Key community in West Oakland, Station House. The morning will include a discussion on how the deal was structured, an overview of the Wood Street Zoning District, and nearby projects completed in the last cycle. The discussion will follow with a tour of the model units on this active construction site, led by the team’s Project Manager.
Station House is a 171-unit townhome community located next to the historic 16th Street train station and features all-electric, energy efficient homes with all-inclusive solar energy systems. As one of City Venture’s Green Key communities, Station House will set the standard for eco-friendly living. Each home will be equipped with high-performance Energy Star appliances, high-efficiency lighting, dual-glazed windows with ultra-violet coating, and water-conserving fixtures.
