As a special Spring collaboration, the San Francisco Programs Committee & the East Bay Programs Committee are excited to provide an exclusive tour of the largest TOD project in the East Bay, MacArthur Commons, which is in the midst of lease-up.  Please join us for a tour of these newly-completed residential towers adjacent to BART’s largest station, and also learn the story of a protracted but successful public + private effort to densify this regionally significant location.

Attendees will hear several different perspectives about this project, and also about the long history of the projects at the MacArthur BART station, and the lessons that can be offered for other TOD projects.

Following the tour, you’ll have an opportunity to network over drinks at a lively nearby establishment in the fast-rising Temescal district. Don’t miss out!
