NEXT Presents: Learn from Your Peers
Join ULI SF’s NEXT for a series of roundtable conversations with an amazing group of your peer real estate professionals. This is a chance to trade deal stories (the good, the bad, the ugly) with fellow NEXT members and learn from your peers who are doing some of the most innovative and interesting work in their respective land use disciplines. Roundtable hosts have experience in development, construction, capital markets, acquisitions, sales, and design.
Attendees will have a chance to rotate through a series of conversations for 20 minutes each on topics such as what it’s like to start your own company, how to salvage a deal gone sideways, the complexities of large scale projects, and much more. The format is casual, bring your questions and enthusiasm for the awesome work NEXTers are doing.
The NEXT initiative aims to connect and elevate the next generation of leaders within ULI globally and the real industry more broadly. NEXT engages and supports members in all of ULI’s activities, specifically as they transition from ULI’s Young Leaders Group; thus, events and programming are tailored to the mid-career professionals age 35 and up but all are welcome.
