Next Level or Next Cycle? With Oakland’s housing pipeline delivering record numbers and other East Bay cities seeing booming housing and office deliveries, real estate insiders are looking beyond the current ten-year cycle in anticipation of new opportunities and challenges. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, 44% of the Bay Area’s workforce lives and/or works in the East Bay. We are also in the midst in the largest building boom in Oakland’s history.

The spotlight is now on the East Bay.  Come and hear from leading developers and thought leaders about what attracted them to the East Bay, how they got involved with their projects, and what it’s like developing in the current environment. After an overview of the current economic situation and the shortfalls facing the East Bay from a nationally recognized leader in strategic housing initiatives, our panelists will give their unique perspectives about their successful projects and careers in the private and public sectors, the challenges they have overcome, and the opportunities they foresee in the East Bay and the industry.
