ULI SF Sponsor Luncheon at The City Club
One of our most anticipated annual events, the ULI SF Sponsor Luncheon is fast approaching. The luncheon will be packed with great content and will be the perfect opportunity to connect with fellow leaders in our industry while diving into some of the most pressing topics in Bay Area real estate.
Panel 1: Poker Face: Playing Smart Late in the Cycle
We are in the late stages of the longest real estate cycle in history – or are we? Growth has slowed and everyone is closely watching the plays everyone else is making. Given the cards we have, what are the strategies and tactics that make sense now? Hear from a few key players at the table about what is making them hold, or up the ante?
Jackie Safier, CEO, Prometheus Real Estate Group
Melinda Ellis Evers, Managing Principal, Ellis Partners,
Connie Moore (Moderator)
Panel 2: An Intimate Conversation with Alex Mehran, Sr and Cynthia Lovell
Our second panel will feature an intimate conversation with Alex Mehran, Sr., Chairman of the San Francisco Federal Reserve Bank, and Cynthia Lovell, Executive Vice President Division Manager for the West Coast at Wells Fargo, about capital markets, rising interest rates, the state of the economy, and more.
