Thank you for your interest in ULIsf’s Beyond the Elevator Pitch Event . This event is SOLD OUT, please contact Julie.Luu@ULI.org to be added to the waitlist.

Countless books have been written about communicating effectively, negotiating well, and achieving business objectives when the stakes are high.  Seasoned executives, mid-career professionals, and recent graduates all strive to mirror the behaviors of top performers in their industry, but often find it difficult to do so when risk increases.  How do leaders build alignment and foster meaningful dialogue in the face of conflict over significant issues?

Deana Kardel, founder of Eos Consulting, Inc., a seasoned executive coach, will share tools that will help attendees to successfully manage conversations that are both high-stress and high-risk.  During this interactive lunchtime workshop, Ms. Kardell will provide meaningful insight into how to navigate difficult topic areas including responding to a dissatisfied client, discussions about compensation, and performance reviews.

Ms. Kardel is an executive coach who has worked with over 250 executives to achieve their leadership and business development goals. Drawing upon over 30 years of executive, marketing, and dispute resolution experience in leadership positions, Deana has a proven track record of helping her clients optimize and maximize their unique circumstances, capabilities, and strengths.  She motives people to be the best they can be by helping them implement new programs and ideas that foster positive change, revenue growth, and professional satisfaction.

A brownbag lunch will be provided to attendees. If you have special dietary needs, please contact Cali Slepin.
