Join ULI SF and the Cost of Building Working Group for this exclusive hard hat tour of two of RAD Urban's modular projects in Oakland, one completed, and one stacking up.

RAD Urban is an Oakland-based vertically integrated real estate developer with in-house real estate, architecture, engineering, general contracting and modular manufacturing services. 4700 Telegraph Ave and 5110 Telegraph Ave are two of RAD Urban's multifamily housing projects located in the Temescal neighborhood of Oakland. Both projects utilize the 4th generation of RAD Urban’s in-house proprietary modular construction system, built in their production facility in Lathrop, CA.

4700 Telegraph Ave, which opened in mid-2019, features 48 units built from 120 modules and spread across 5 stories of Type IIA construction. 5110 Telegraph Ave features 204 units built from 572 modules spread across 6 stories of Type IA construction, and is scheduled to open in the first quarter of 2020.

This program is part of ULI SF’s Housing the Bay initiative.
