ULI Technical Assistance Builds Momentum for Brisbane and Concord

Cities today are facing many challenges. Strained budgets, tense political environments, and limited staff capacity are just a few of the obstacles jurisdictions must contend with during the community planning process. Last month’s Emerging Trends in Real Estate 2012 conference, hosted by ULIsf over the course of two days, brought into focus the most pertinent issues facing industry players in the coming twelve month.
