ULI Tours a Re-Imagined, World-Class Treatment Center

ULI Silicon Valley held a unique tour of the newest gem to the medical center service experience, and I was lucky enough to attend. The Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) and Sutter Health conducted an intimate tour through the recently completed Sunnyvale Center. ULI Tours Cal’s New Student Housing

On June 5, 2013, ULI toured the Maximo Martinez Commons in Berkeley.  Developed by UC Berkeley, the property serves as off-campus student housing for 416 undergraduate students.  The project manager for the construction project, Valerie Zylla of UC Berkeley Capital Projects, led the tour. Tishman Speyer Opens the Doors of Foundry Square III to ULI

On April 4, 2013, ULIsf toured Foundry Square III, Tishman Speyer’s office development site located at 505 Howard in San Francisco. Tishman’s Dave Balducci, Managing Director of Development and Asset Management, and Julian Marsh, Project Manager, led guests on a “hard-hat” tour of the approximate 300,000 SQF, 10-story building, providing their insight on the overall vision and strategy for the building along the way. Industrial Roots: Rosie the Riveter National Historic Park

This week’s tour of the Visitor and Education Center in Rosie the Riveter National Historic Park demonstrated the effectiveness of Historic Tax Credits and New Market Tax Credit Financing to incentivize adaptive reuse of historic structures. Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco Opens the Doors of its Most Ambitious Project to ULI On April 12, 2013, thirty-six Bay Area families will be handed the keys to their new homes at Habitat for Humanity Greater San Francisco’s 7555 Mission Street project.
