About the Local Product Councils:

1. Residential Local Product Council:
   The ULI SF Residential Local Product Council (“RLPC”) convenes prominent leaders and stakeholders in the Bay Area’s residential real estate sector for a forum to discuss best practices and emerging trends related to a variety of residential products.
2. Commercial Local Product Council:
   The mission of ULI SF’s Commercial Local Product Council (“CLPC”) is to convene Bay Area developers, brokers, investors, designers, and public sector leaders to discuss best practices and exchange information related to the Commercial Sector, especially office products.
3. Public-Private-Partnerships Product Council: 
   The Public-Private Partnership (“P3”) Local Product Council seeks to convene leaders from both the public and private sectors to discuss and develop effective partnerships that strengthen the Bay Area land-use ecosystem.

The ULI San Francisco Local Product Councils offer an opportunity for associate and full members to meet in a peer-to-peer environment, sharing and discussing issues that real estate and land use professionals face daily. Sharing many characteristics with ULI’s National Product Councils, the ULI San Francisco Local Product Councils are consistent with ULI’s tradition of sharing experiences gained, mistakes made, and lessons learned.

Councils are capped at 60 members and are not open to YLG members under 35 years of age.

Local Product Councils provide:

• A confidential, trusting environment for educational and idea exchanges
• Exploration of business and personal interests/issues
• Business and personal networking
• Professional and personal growth

Product councils consist of 40-60 people who meet biannually. Local Product Council participation is application-based and open only to ULI Members.
