Applications are now open for ULI San Francisco’s newest Multifamily Local Product Council – Flight 2. The Multifamily Local Product Council (LPC) is the Bay Area’s pre-eminent forum for the discussion of best practices in the multifamily real estate industry. Twice each year, the council will meet in a closed-door setting for a half-day of programming and networking.

Please apply by December 14, 2025, to be considered for a Council seat and join us at our first meeting in March 2026. Council membership is limited to mid to senior-level professionals. The ULI San Francisco Local Product Councils provide an opportunity for members to meet in a peer-to-peer environment to share and discuss issues that real estate and land use professionals face daily. Sharing many characteristics with ULI’s National Product Councils, the ULI San Francisco Local Product Councils are consistent with ULI’s tradition of sharing experiences gained, mistakes made, and lessons learned. Please note that members can only be on one council at a time. Current LPC members are welcome to apply for the P3 LPC, but if accepted, they will need to relinquish their seat on their current council.
