San José Selected for CA/NV Technical Assistance Exchange
ULI SF is excited to partner with San Josè on the California-Nevada Technical Assistance Leadership Exchange.
July 2, 2025
ULI SF’s Young Leaders Group (YLG) is accepting applications for the 14th Mentor Program and the 11th Development 360! These professional development programs offer meaningful connections with other YLGers, and industry mentors, and provide an in-depth overview of the land use, real estate, and development industries. Both programs run an academic year and require full participation and attendance. Due to schedule, currently enrolled students are ineligible to participate.
The application deadline is end-of-day Sunday, August 3, 2025. For those wishing to apply to both programs, please submit a Development 360 application ONLY. If accepted into both programs, we will notify you and ask you to choose one. If you have questions regarding either application or program, please email Niyah Fambro.
The Mentor Program brings together five to seven YLG members, with an interest or experience in similar product types or sectors, with one mentor. Mentor groups are expected to meet at least seven to nine times during the year; these meetings can include lessons learned from a mentor’s career, career advice, case studies, social events, project tours, guest speakers, etc.
A mandatory kickoff will take place on Thursday, September 11 or Thursday, September 18. Please hold both dates from 5:00-8:00 pm–confirmed date and time to be determined.
Development 360 consists of seven monthly sessions and covers the real estate development process from start to finish. Speakers will share their experiences and best practices in lively and interactive sessions, opting for case studies and Q&A sessions over lectures.
The first session will take place in October 2025.
