ULI is convening an Advisory Services Panel (ASP) from May 21 through 25, 2023 to join the City and County of San Francisco in envisioning a more resilient, economically vibrant, and socially inclusive downtown neighborhood. A group of local and national experts in the fields of land use, real estate development, housing planning and policy, and economics will meet to identify implementation actions for the short, mid, and long terms. Throughout the ASP process, the panelists will tour the downtown San Francisco study area, interview stakeholders to better understand key challenges and opportunities, and share insights on the current issues facing downtown and the City’s work to date.
