Emerging Trends

Emerging Trends in Real Estate is ULI San Francisco’s signature real estate trends and forecast event, featuring insights from leading local and national experts.

Emerging Trends

Hosted at the end of the year, the annual event features a presentation of Emerging Trends in Real Estate – a publication with a 38-year history and one of the most highly-regarded and widely-read trends report in the real estate industry. We assemble panels of experienced land use leaders to respond to the report and discuss the latest hot-button issues from current master-planned development projects to green building.

This year, we will be holding two events each focusing on a different Bay Area market. Our East Bay and San Francisco event will be on December 6th and our Silicon Valley event will be on December 7th.
