Kickin’ the Bricks: Lawrence Station
Please join the ULI Silicon Valley Young Leaders Group and BRE Properties at Lawrence Station, for a behind the scenes tour of one of BRE Properties’ newest apartment developments, scheduled to be fully delivered in early 2013.
Lawrence Station is a 336-unit wrap project with 10,000 sq ft of retail, located in the heart of Silicon Valley at the intersection of Lawrence Expressway and Highway 237. The project consists of 11 unique floor plans, comprising of 215 (64%) one-bedroom units and 121 (36%) two-bedroom/two-bathroom units including live/work lofts. Lawrence Station is being constructed to meet LEED requirements and is projected to receive a Silver certification upon completion of construction. Amenities include two pools, a spa, a fitness center, a resident lounge, tot lot, dog park, bocce court and business center.
We will begin with a presentation on BRE Properties’ development strategy, and Lawrence Station’s project history, including the underwriting, entitlements, design, construction and lease up. After a Q&A session, we will embark on a walking tour of the project site.
