ICSC Northern California Alliance Program
Real estate and government professionals responsible for retail development, site planning and operations in Northern California will benefit from this year’s ICSC Alliance Program.
Retail is the most visible and dynamic sector of the Bay Area’s urban fabric. Expert panelists and speakers will explore timely policy issues that affect retail at the regional and local scales:
- What are the practical impacts of the SB 375-driven Priority Development Area process on retail locations, formats and operations?
- How are cities managing the multiple conflicts that often arise from the interesting, entrepreneurial rise of the food truck movement?
ICSC’s Northern California Alliance program brings together hundreds of retail developers, owners, brokers, public officials and agency staff.
Founded in 1957, the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) is the global trade association of the retail real estate industry. ICSC’s Alliance Program has become a leading forum for the public and private sectors to network and share ideas and to discuss development issues as well as mutually desired retail projects. The Alliance’s face to face networking sessions and educational forums are often the best opportunity for public officials and retail real estate professionals to meet and discuss the administrative and regulatory processes that impact development in a candid and informal setting.
