ULI SF Accepting Consultant Proposals
Learn more about ULI SF's RFP as part of the Homeless to Housed Initiative.
Applications are now open for ULI San Francisco’s newest Public-Private Partnerships Local Product Council (P3 LPC). The P3 LPC is the Bay Area’s pre-eminent forum for the discussion of best practices in public-private partnerships in the real-estate industry. Twice each year, the council will meet in a closed-door setting for a half-day of programming and networking.
Nearly every project in California is quasi-P3, and the opportunity to discuss unique development agreements, new forms of financing, and innovative partnership formations is an instrumental member-exclusive offer. Whether it’s BART partnering with developers to design housing at stations or the State surplussing land to drive affordable housing production, there is a multitude of unique development agreements to discuss and learn from.
Please submit an application by January 12, 2024 to be considered for a Council seat and join us at our first meeting in March 2024. Council membership is limited to mid to senior-level professionals. The P3 LPC is a member-exclusive offering, open to associate and full members. Not a member yet? Join here.
The ULI San Francisco Local Product Councils provide an opportunity for members to meet in a peer-to-peer environment to share and discuss issues that real estate and land use professionals face on a daily basis. Sharing many characteristics with ULI’s National Product Councils, the ULI San Francisco Local Product Councils are consistent with ULI’s tradition of sharing experiences gained, mistakes made and lessons learned. Please note that members can only be on one council at a time. Current LPC members are welcome to apply for the P3 LPC, but if accepted, will need to relinquish their seat on their current council.
